Introduction Services

What is the Le Temp Care Introduction Service?

Le Temp Care is a nurse led, caregivers introduction service, bringing together or “matching” clients who need care services with care providers who can supply those services to them.

We do not arrange or provide care services – our experience and expertise is in making sure that clients have the opportunity to consider their care options and are introduced to care providers who can offer care services to meet the individual client’s needs. We do this in 3 easy steps:

Step 1 – We spend time listening to the client and their loved ones so that we can understand exactly what they want to achieve and what care services would meet both the client’s needs and desires. We will also provide information about the different types of care available to help clients and their loved ones reach informed decisions.

Step 2 – We search our extensive contacts for care providers who can provide the care services which the client needs. Our care providers have all been personally interviewed by us and have provided us with references, relevant background checks (such as DBS checks) and information about the training which they have completed. We also ask all care providers to hold Personal Carer Insurance. Our care providers also agree to our Supplier’s Care Services Commitment.

Step 3 – Once we have matched the client with the care provider who can meet the client’s needs we exchange details and information to introduce a client and care provider to each other.

It is then the care provider’s responsibility to arrange and provide care services to the client (we do not arrange nor supply any care services).

Our introduction services are completely free for clients who are looking for care services or exploring care service options.

Our clients choose to have two or three carers who join a rota on a two week basis. We believe that this is very important for a number of reasons. The pure nature of 24 hour care can be very tiring and by having a rota, the carers remain fresh and able to keep up the quality of care. Having a rota of live-in carers also helps to avoid over reliance and familiarity between the client and carer which can result in a blurring of the boundaries. Additionally, with a fresh pair of eyes, a returning carer is more likely to notice a change in a client's health or circumstances. Clients can also benefit from a variety of personalities working with them, making the engagement more interesting and stimulating.

Do you provide care services?

No, we are an introduction service bringing together (matching) clients who need care services with care providers (suppliers) who can provide them. Clients who are exploring their care service options or looking for care service providers do not have to pay for our introduction services.

Since we are not arranging or selling care services we provide independent advice about what care services are available to clients and how they might best achieve the result they want.

Do you arrange care services?

No, as an introduction service bringing together Clients who need care services with care providers we use our nurse led expertise to match the needs of a client to the services a care provider offers.

Once we have organised the 'match', the care provider will use their expertise to arrange the care package that provides what the client needs and wants.

Do you employ care providers?

No, we are an introduction service bringing together Clients who need care services with Care providers.

Our nurse led expertise is in matching the needs of a client to the services a care provider offers.

All the care providers we introduce to clients are separate registered businesses (eg self-employed) who specialise in providing care packages to clients. As registered business they are independent to Le Temp Care and they are responsible for operating their own business and complying with all the legal aspects, such as paying tax and being registered with any regulatory bodies.
